About NutraVitalityLab

Learn how NutraVitalityLab separates verified product facts, seller claims, independent evidence and uncertainty in supplement research.

Why NutraVitalityLab Exists

Supplement research can become confusing quickly. A single product may be surrounded by manufacturer claims, affiliate reviews, ingredient studies, testimonials and conflicting marketplace information. These sources do not carry the same evidentiary weight.

Our Research Framework

  • Verified product facts: label, serving and package information we can verify
  • Seller claims: statements made by a manufacturer or marketer
  • Independent evidence: peer-reviewed human research and authoritative health sources
  • Consumer reports: useful context, not clinical proof
  • Limitations: what cannot be established reliably

Our Approach to Evidence

Research on an ingredient does not automatically prove that a finished supplement containing it produces the same result. We consider dose, preparation, population, duration and whether the finished formulation itself has been tested.
