We distinguish verified product facts, seller claims, independent evidence, consumer reports and limitations. These categories should not be silently merged.
Research Before Writing
Depending on the topic, research may include current seller information, labels, peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews, randomized trials and government guidance.
Ingredient Evidence Is Not Product Evidence
If a trial studied one ingredient, we do not automatically describe a multi-ingredient product containing it as clinically proven. Dose, preparation, population and measured outcome matter.
Medical Claims
We do not intentionally present dietary supplements as established treatments or cures for diseases unless reliable evidence and regulatory context genuinely support the statement.
Reviews, Authors and Affiliate Compensation
